Job Description
Handle Inbound and Outbound calls from US clients, excluding sales
Take inbound calls from US Patients to fix appointments
Handle outbound call to resolves insurance related issues
Verify the credentials of health care professionals
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience 1 year in AR Insurance Calling in any of the Healthcare BPO/KPO (Voice Process) or Experience of International Calling
Freshers with excellent communication can apply
Work in Night shifts
Excellent English communication
