We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician who brings genuine passion for the industry, a love of skin health, and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will enthusiastically perform and support:
Skincare consultations and comprehensive treatment consultations
Medical facials and chemical peels
Dermaplaning
Microneedling treatments
Laser skin treatments including:
Laser hair removal
Photofacials / BBL
HALO and advanced laser resurfacing
Body contouring treatments including CoolSculpting
Customized treatment planning based on skin condition, goals, and budget
Providing 5-star patient experience through warm, caring, professional interactions
Supporting front desk operations including scheduling and phone communication when required
Following clinic protocols, safety standards, and documentation procedures
Working both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced medispa environment
Must be well-versed and comfortable participating in and contributing to social media content.
Training on specific devices may be provided for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate demonstrates:
A true passion and love for the medical aesthetics industry
A minimum of 2+ years industry experience in a medispa or similar environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
A warm, kind, and professional patient approach
Reliability, positivity, and strong work ethic
Ability to work collaboratively in a non-competitive, team-focused culture
Desire to build long-term clinician–client relationships
Motivation for continued professional growth and education
Loyalty and commitment to growing within the company
Qualifications
Required
Minimum 2+ years experience in medical aesthetics or laser clinic environment
Strong knowledge of skin health, skincare, and modern rejuvenation technologies
Preferred
Medical Aesthetician Diploma
Certification in dermaplaning, microneedling, and/or laser treatments
(Certifications are considered an asset but are not mandatory.)
