Position Summary:
Feet First Clinic is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team! You’ll play a key role in providing outstanding support to both our patients and clinic practitioners, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and email
Greet and check in/out patients, handle payments, and manage appointment scheduling
Promote services, book, reschedule, and follow up with patients
Communicate effectively with patients, practitioners, and management
Perform accurate and timely data entry
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinic environment
Assist with product and inventory management (medical supplies, retail shoes, etc.)
Ensure proper visual merchandising of retail items and demo products
Support with general administrative tasks and occasional errands
Help with cleaning and maintaining treatment rooms
Qualifications:

Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Comfortable using computers and administrative software
Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills
Calm under pressure, with strong interpersonal skills
Proficient verbal and written communication in English (other languages are an asset)
Education Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (preferred)
