Background Doctors Without Borders/ Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural and man-made disasters and exclusion from healthcare in more than 70 countries. DWB offers assistance to people in need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. Doctors Without Borders has worked in India since 1+++, providing free-of-charge essential healthcare to people in remote areas, treatment and care for people affected by HIV/AIDS, malnutrition, hepatitis C, tuberculosis, kala azar and ****** and gender-based violence. An important subject for our action is containing the effect of antibiotic resistance. We also respond to natural disasters and other emergencies, provide mental healthcare, and advocate for the development of more effective and affordable medicines to improve access to treatment everywhere. Doctors Without Borders was awarded the Indira Gandhi Prize for Peace, Disarmament and Development in 1++6 and the Nobel Peace Prize in 1+++. Doctor without Borders India (DWBI) runs projects in the states of Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, Maharashtra, and Manipur. Main Tasks & Responsibilities Support Medical Coordinator through delegated tasks and responsibilities & ensure the delivery of quality medical care for patients. Also improve the health conditions of the targeted population.50 PERCENT time dedicated to support the documentation of DRTB operations & rest 50 PERCENT to Mission Operations General Accountabilities: Monitor COVID epidemiological surveillance system, share data analysis with coordination and project teams every week

Make a chronogram, follow up and support Project EPIs

Make a quarterly plan for Project EPIs & share the outcome of M&E quarterly data according to log frame and indicators.

Support to Project EPIs team in documentation/capitalization of key strategies or interventions for DR-TB project.

Participate actively in reflections & discussions on the evolution of DWBI operations in Mission & in the assessment of Medical

Humanitarian needs in case of emergency situation. Support MedCo in the EPREP revision & follow up on the EPREP stock.

Participate in the collection of medical information (reports, articles) & Epidemiological Data & Statistics

Assist Medco in Stakeholder Mapping (Organogram of MoH- Hospitals private/public, key NGOs present in the country).

Carry out medical follow-up and validation of medical bills of all DWBI national staff and expats (endTB team and Coordination Team)

Update Staff Health Policy in coordination with other OCs

Follow up the vaccination of the national staff, expats in all the sites of intervention in coordination with the focal person of each team.

Requirements Qualifications Medical Doctor (MBBS) AND Epidemiologist or Public health Diploma/Certificate

Experience Minimum 2 Years Experience As Epidemiologist/public Health

Experience working in Community desirable & Emergency

Knowledge Essential Computer Literacy (Word, Excel and Internet)

Language Excellent Command of English. Control of local languages Hindi and Marathi
