The Global Marketing Team at Delta is seeking a Media Technology & Platforms, Specialist to help further define and guide our journey as a data-driven and technology-enabled organization. This role will work closely between the Activation (Media) Team and Technology Product Owners to develop, implement, and optimize Delta’s media and marketing technology roadmap.
They will help lead Marketing through impending industry changes; included but not limited to the degradation of third-party cookies and evaluation of what tools are needed to modernize and evolve our marketing technology.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Staying abreast of the latest advertising technologies and bringing forward innovative solutions to the media team
• Identifying existing gaps in media technology, eliminating redundancy, and proposing areas of opportunity, new potential capabilities.
• Serving as the in-house expert on technical configuration and implementation of various marketing platforms (media performance and measurement tagging as examples)
• Anticipate technical needs by translating business vision into a flexible technical architecture
• Partnering with internal teams (Strategy Technology & Performance, Activation & Delivery) to maximize adoption and cross functional usage
• Collaborating with external partners (media agencies, technology providers, and consultants) to implement and optimize – including media taxonomy alignment (placement, tracking)
• Managing the strategic integration of paid media into marketing reporting dashboards

• 5+ years of direct experience in digital media technology including ad serving, audience on boarding, dynamic creative optimization, multi touch attribution, and/or relevant digital media tools
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within e-commerce/retail, preferably within the travel industry

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.50/hr.
