Job Description
We are looking for a Mechanic/Equipment Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for repairing various vehicles, including medium and heavy duty trucks, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, cranes, and upfitted truck components. Travel in the Western United States is required. Pay DOE, willing to train apprentices and mechanic helpers into lead positions.
Responsibilities:
• Repair vehicles
• Must have your own tools or ability to obtain
• Able to work full time
• Able to travel
• Honest and reliable
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance
• Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components, including dealer level software.
• Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a mechanic, willing to train the right candidate
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
