Meat Production and Warehouse Worker
WholeBrand Food Management is seeking a Meat Production and Warehouse Worker to join our team in Delta, BC.
Position Summary:
The Meat Production and Warehouse Worker will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials and finished goods. This position will work closely with the production manager to ensure all production processes are running smoothly and accurately. The Meat Production and Warehouse Worker will also be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials are properly stored, and that finished goods are packaged and shipped in a timely manner. The position will be cross-trained with the warehouse, and the packaging department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with production manager to ensure all production processes are running smoothly and accurately.
Packaging: Packaging is performed on all finished goods according to company standards, including packaging materials.
Maintaining the integrity of the product by following company policies and procedures when handling raw materials and finished goods.
Maintaining a clean work environment by following procedures for hygiene and safety when storing raw materials.
Assisting with other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to work well under pressure; ability to maintain good attendance; ability to communicate effectively with co-workers at all levels; ability to work well with others
Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
