We are a family owned wholesale meat company with plants located in Ashland and Mansfield. We are hiring at the Ashland location immediately.
We are looking for experienced meat cutters with knife skills, knowledge of beef and pork cuts, and an aptitude for working in a fast-paced production environment. 2 years or more of relevant experience required.
Our Meat Cutters will break carcasses down based on retail store orders. Cut, trim, or grind to customer specifications. Carefully maintain records of weights and identification/tracking information. Assist with meat packaging, labelling, boxing, organizing and loading orders on trucks. Clean and sanitize knives, equipment, and work spaces. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
The typical schedule is Monday through Friday starting at 6 am with occasional 1/2 day on Saturday.
