Measurement Executive

Responsibilities –

Reports to the Installation Manager.

Analyze drawings clear all projects related doubts with the Designer.

Update site initial condition feasibility to start work with the coordinator.

Ensure all carpenters/installers are wearing uniforms, and ID cards follow office timings.

Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project.

Monitor installation works regularly update it to the coordinator till completion of execution.

Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.

Adherence to System Process from time to time.

Develop a good rapport with Customers update work status simultaneously to both coordinator Customers.

Ensure that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project update the report to Coordinator Warehouse in charge.

Desired Education, Skills Experience

Should be thorough in all modular products accessories aspects.

Good communicator, ability to handle multi-functional activity pressure in the execution process.

Ability to create good rapport with internal external customers.

Forecasting the market trend align with the business accordingly to keep up the market needs.
