MDM Technician - SME
Provides maintenance of corporate product attributes in coordination with all local markets as needed through the general MDM helpdesk platform.
Provides SERVICE NOW helpdesk coverage for issues pertaining to product maintenance such as:
Supplier Performance Group, Point Value Group, House Group Codes, Product Country, State, Region, Type Maintenance, or Product Maintenance -Specifically CORPORATE description and extended description changes, new label/old label, MSTR brand, MSTR Label, class code and code, UPC, SCC, gallonage and liter corrections.
Conducts daily review data related discrepancies and makes appropriate corrections as needed in coordination with local markets when necessary.
Responsible for set up and assignment of corporate chains and mapping of those chains to the corporate file.
Engages with the Sales Force Automation (SFA) support teams to ensure timely resolution to reporting issues related to the smooth operation of core business intelligence applications and SFA tools. (GreatVines, Seven-fifty, MicroStrategy, etc.)
Conducts periodic audits of supplier portfolios to ensure accuracy and resolves issues impacting data governance standards in coordination with RNDC Supplier Business Development Team (SBDT) and supplier representatives.
Must be able to multi-task and work with interruptions while still providing attention to detail.
Serves as a functional resource for Master Data Management projects
