We’re Hiring: Master Data Management (MDM) Expert
Are you a data management professional with deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) systems and enterprise integrations? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MDM Expert to join our team and play a pivotal role in building scalable and reliable data solutions.

About the Role
As an MDM Expert, you will lead the design, development, and support of enterprise-wide MDM initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on experience in building MDM hubs, integrating with various systems, managing workflows, and contributing to the organization’s long-term data strategy—including a future shift to MDM SaaS and IDMC platforms.
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, architecture teams, and integration partners to ensure a seamless and efficient master data infrastructure that supports business goals and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement MDM Hub and IDD-based subject areas
• Configure and maintain syndication processes from MDM to consuming systems
• Analyze and implement cleanse functions, user exits, and custom logic
• Create and manage hierarchies, relationships, and data governance rules
• Build Active VOS-based workflows for business processes
• Understand and develop SIF calls for data exchange and integration
• Write and optimize SQL queries (especially on SQL Server) for data profiling and analysis
• Collaborate with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, IBM MQ, SAP PI/PO
• Reverse engineer existing systems and prepare functional/technical specifications
• Contribute to the definition and execution of SIT and UAT test cases
• Provide documentation and guidance to support agile development cycles and cross-functional teams
• Work in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment with iterative delivery and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Skills & Technologies
• Deep understanding of Informatica MDM (Core & IDD)
• Familiarity with Informatica PowerCenter (PC) for data integration workflows
• Exposure to MDM SaaS platforms and IDMC is a major plus
• Excellent communication skills to interact with business, functional, and technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
