Dynamic Synergy is seeking a highly qualified MBBS Doctor to join our Occupational Health Center (OHC) team in Gurugram. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to our employees. This role involves conducting pre-employment health screenings, managing work-related injuries and illnesses, and promoting overall health and wellness among the workforce. Responsibilities:
• Primary Medical Care: Provide primary healthcare services to employees at the Occupational Health Center of Dynamic Synergy.
• Health Screenings: Conduct pre-employment and periodic health screenings to assess employees' physical fitness and suitability for their roles.
• Injury Management: Manage and treat work-related injuries and illnesses, ensuring timely intervention and appropriate referrals when necessary.
• Health Promotion: Develop and implement health promotion programs, encouraging employees to adopt healthier lifestyles, including exercise, balanced diets, and stress management techniques.
• Medical Records: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all patients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Emergency Response: Provide immediate medical care during emergencies, including stabilizing patients and coordinating with emergency services as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, HR, and safety departments to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all employees.
• Health Education: Educate employees about preventive healthcare measures, occupational hazards, and the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
• Compliance: Ensure that all medical practices and procedures adhere to the guidelines and regulations set by the healthcare authorities.
Requirements:
• Educational Background: MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Occupational Health Center or related medical role within Dynamic Synergy or similar organizations.
• Medical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of occupational health practices, emergency medical care, and general medicine.
