Valid medical license to practice in Delhi
Work Experience:
Experience in occupational health or a similar field is preferred
Job Description:
Dynamic Synergy is looking for a skilled and dedicated MBBS Doctor to join our Occupational Health Center (OHC) team. As an MBBS Doctor, you will provide primary medical care to employees, conduct pre-employment health screenings, manage work-related injuries and illnesses, and promote healthy lifestyle practices among employees.
Responsibilities:
• Provide primary medical care to employees at the Occupational Health Center
• Conduct pre-employment health screenings to assess employees' physical fitness
• Manage work-related injuries and illnesses, and provide appropriate treatment and referrals
• Promote healthy lifestyle practices among employees, such as exercise, healthy eating, and stress management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
Requirements:
• MBBS degree
• Valid medical license to practice in Delhi
• Strong knowledge of occupational health practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle work-related injuries and illnesses effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
