Role Description
Marketing Intern – Agrim
Agrim is an agri-inputs e-commerce platform connecting retailers with manufacturers across India. We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support our day-to-day marketing campaigns, content, digital marketing and traffic-generation initiatives.
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 67
Duration: 2 Months
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 6 Days/week
Stipend: INR 15,000/month
Key Responsibilities
Understand the customer journey and lifecycle on the Agrim platform.
Design and execute day-to-day Customer Lifecycle (CLC) campaigns to engage, retain and drive purchases.
Create and execute push, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app and promotional campaigns.
Identify customer segments and opportunities to push, nudge and re-engage customers.
Track campaign metrics including engagement, CTR, conversions, orders and repeat purchases.
Analyse campaign performance and suggest optimisations for better customer engagement and conversion.
Support customer, market and competitor research.
What You Will Gain

Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, retention and reactivation.
Experience executing live customer engagement campaigns.
Exposure to campaign analytics and optimisation in an e-commerce business.
