Timely Completion of syllabus of the Batch
Weekly meetings with the management.
Getting monthly record keeping of tests and attendance through Batch Coordinators
To take the doubts of students regularly.
Ensuring retention of students for whole session
To meet parents of weak students once in 15 days
To meet parents of Toppers for Results and Conversions once in 15 days
Parent - Teacher Meeting (thrice/or more in an Academic Session)
Planning and preparing lessons
Encouraging student participation
Researching and developing new teaching materials
