3. Explain complex mathematical concepts clearly using strong spoken and written English communication skills.
4. Implement innovative teaching techniques and shortcuts to improve problem-solving speed and accuracy.
5. Use MS-Excel to develop interactive learning tools, track student progress, and support skill application.
6. Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to support students' academic success and personal growth.
7. Collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance the quality of educational content and training materials.
8. Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment that encourages students to excel in mathematics and critical thinking.
