Role Overview

As the Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining integrated project schedules. You will work closely with project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting, proactive risk identification, and schedule adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a master integrated schedule using tools such as MS Project, or equivalent.

Work closely with project teams to gather activity data, estimate durations, and determine dependencies.

Identify critical paths, schedule risks, and mitigation strategies.

Provide regular schedule updates and detailed reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Conduct schedule reviews and ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables.

Ensure compliance with organizational and contractual scheduling standards.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in scheduling large-scale IT or technical projects.

Proficiency in scheduling tools

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Ability to analyse complex project data and translate it into actionable insights.

Outstanding communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
