Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable RD Executive with a specialization in Ayurveda and Ayurvedic formulations. The selected candidate will contribute to the development, testing, and improvement of herbal products by integrating traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern scientific practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct scientific research and clinical evaluations on Ayurvedic herbs and ingredients.
Develop new Ayurvedic formulations, wellness supplements, and therapeutic products.
Validate classical formulations using modern analytical and pharmacological tools.
Collaborate with production, quality control, and marketing teams for product lifecycle management.
Prepare technical dossiers, regulatory documentation, and research publications.
Supervise and interpret stability studies, standardization protocols, and quality testing of raw materials and finished goods.
Stay abreast with Ayurvedic pharmacopeia, AYUSH guidelines, and relevant industry regulations.
Contribute to product innovation and process improvement based on research insights.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of Ayurvedic texts and their practical application in product development
Proficiency in scientific research methodologies, data analysis, and lab operations
Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Hindi
Collaborative, problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation
Ability to translate traditional knowledge into scientifically validated formulations
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Ayurvedic research, formulation development, or product innovation.

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an RD Executive with an M.Pharm in Ayurveda. The role involves formulation development, compounding, research support, and coordination with technical and pharmacy teams. The candidate will also assist with prescription-based Ayurvedic product preparation, ensure high-quality dispensing standards, and support customer service when required.

Qualifications:
M.Pharm in Ayurveda / Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical Sciences
Strong academic background in Ayurvedic formulations, herbs, and pharmacognosy
Familiarity with GMP practices, AYUSH regulatory norms, and herbal pharmacology
Experience in research methodology, technical documentation, and formulation development (preferred)
Basic understanding of prescription processing and pharmacy operations
Ability to supervise pharmacy technicians and assist in compounding tasks
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in pharmaceutical procedures
