Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Master Esthetician to elevate our skincare and aesthetic services. In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser therapies, ensuring each client receives personalized care that enhances their natural beauty. Your expertise in spa services and esthetic treatments will help create a relaxing and rejuvenating environment where clients feel valued and confident. As a Master Esthetician, you will also educate clients on skincare routines, recommend retail products, and promote our comprehensive range of aesthetic services to foster client loyalty and satisfaction.
Duties
Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies with precision and professionalism
Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results
Conduct product demos to introduce new skincare lines and promote retail sales effectively
Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards for all tools and treatment areas to ensure client safety
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their treatment options and addressing any concerns
Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable products based on individual skin types and needs
Requirements
Valid license in the state of Virginia
Proven experience in skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser procedures
Strong knowledge of skincare products, esthetic laser treatments, waxing services (including body waxing), and eyelash extensions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and understand their aesthetic goals
Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times
Sales skills for retail product demos and promoting additional services to increase client satisfaction and revenue
