Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, for a Marriage and Family Therapist - Associate. The therapist will provide individual, couples, and family counseling services to clients, helping them address and resolve relationship challenges, mental health concerns, and family dynamics. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, maintaining accurate client records, ensuring ethical and professional standards are upheld, and participating in regular supervision or training sessions as required for professional growth.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Relationship Counseling and Family Therapy to guide individuals, couples, and families through complex issues.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Counseling and Psychology to promote effective therapeutic communication and behavior change.
• In-depth understanding of Mental Health practices to address and support varied emotional and psychological challenges.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist - Associate in the state of Texas.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to client confidentiality and ethical practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Flexibility and readiness to work effectively in an on-site setting to provide direct client support.
