Responsibilities Include:
Define and lead enterprise marketing transformation initiatives aligned to business strategy and growth priorities
Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, operating models and phased delivery plans
Identify and deliver opportunities to modernise marketing capability, processes, technology and ways of working
Lead complex, cross-functional change programs across multiple stakeholder groups
Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across marketing, product, tech and commercial teams
Embed customer-first thinking and ensure initiatives deliver measurable commercial and customer outcomes
About You
While we are big on development and offer on the job training, we want to set you up for success.
You’re a strategic and commercially minded leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to turn big-picture thinking into real outcomes. You’re comfortable working across functions, building strong relationships, and influencing senior stakeholders to bring people on the journey. With a deep understanding of modern marketing and customer experience, you take a data-informed approach to decision making and are always looking for ways to improve how teams operate. You’re energised by transformation, passionate about driving change, and motivated by delivering meaningful impact at scale.
What You Will Bring
Proven experience leading large-scale marketing or customer transformation initiatives in complex environments
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into clear, executable plans
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level
Deep understanding of modern marketing ecosystems, digital channels and customer experience
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights, experimentation and performance metrics to guide decisions
Demonstrated experience driving change, adoption and continuous improvement across organisations
