Responsibilities
The Marketing Technology Specialist will support the optimization and integration of marketing technology solutions within Loyal Source
This role will assist in managing internal and external job board systems overseeing the recruitment technology stack supporting delivery
The Marketing Technology Specialist will report to the Senior Marketing Technologist under the supervision of the Enterprise Applications Manager
Assist in executing strategies to integrate marketing technology solutions for internal/external job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Etc.), and recruitment technology management (TextUs, ZoomInfo) Including job posting and seat/subscription management
Support the management of a $2 million budget
Support the optimization of job board platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Etc.)
to enhance recruitment efficiency, team productivity, and marketing metrics visibility
Assist in the monitoring and analysis of marketing metrics, including campaign job performance and engagement
Provide insights to optimize marketing tactics and improve B2C ROI in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Technologist
Assist in managing day-to-day interactions with vendors providing technology solutions for job boards, marketing automation, and recruitment technology stacks in support of Delivery teams
Negotiate terms and price with vendors
Demoing products to leadership and recruitment
Ensure the effective utilization of technological features and functionalities purchased for specific verticals
Support the training of marketing team members on marketing technology platforms and tools
Help in conducting workshops and training sessions to enhance staff proficiency in utilizing marketing technologies
Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and industry trends
Assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations and strategies

Loyal Source Government Services is looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist to work at the Corporate office in Orlando, FL.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Technology Specialist will support the optimization and integration of marketing technology solutions within Loyal Source. This role will assist in managing internal and external job board systems overseeing the recruitment technology stack supporting delivery. The Marketing Technology Specialist will report to the Senior Marketing Technologist under the supervision of the Enterprise Applications Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
· Experience in marketing technology management, digital marketing, CRM Software or marketing operations is highly desirable.

· Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
