The Director of AMS & Systems Applications is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. As a systems leader, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing technical support, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and support requests related to systems platforms, operations, and data.
Develop and deliver training sessions to empower staff to use systems and platforms effectively.
Assist in executing platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption and maximum utilization.
Work closely with internal teams to align systems solutions with organizational needs and goals.
