Administrative Marketing Support Specialist

We’re a family-owned and operated company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a little bit of everything— including marketing, graphic design, e-commerce. We are looking for someone who is happy to jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly!
What You’ll Do
Assist with marketing efforts by managing and updating customer Shopify webstores
Use your graphic design skills to create product mockups, and branded content
Respond to customer inquiries and prepare product quotes with accuracy and care
Support overall team operations with a flexible, can-do attitude - including reception support when needed
Help keep the workspace tidy, organized, and running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience with Shopify (essential)
Experience in customer service, marketing support, and e-commerce coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Strong graphic design skills—experience with tools in Adobe Illustrator
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail and time management
A proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset
A diploma or degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field is an asset
