Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Specialist role at Blue Ridge Executive Search involves managing and preparing proposals in response to RFQ/RFPs. The individual will join our office in the Las Vegas area and report to the Executive Vice President of Operations. This position is responsible for coordinating with various team members to prepare content, editing proposal content for readability and compliance with requirements, and providing CRM administration.
Coordinate and manage proposal development including administration, formatting, layout, non-technical writing, and proofreading.
Analyze RFQ/RFPs and develop outlines and/or responsibility matrices.
Research, write, and update collateral materials including project descriptions, resumes, experience lists, AIA 305, etc.
Provide CRM administration including data entry, reporting, and knowledge management.
