Marketing Specialist/Office Administrator

We are a collective of high-end, endodontic practices and are looking for a candidate who has previous sales, marketing, and administrative experience to help us grow. Prior dental experience is not required, bilingual is a plus, and regular travel between locations is required.

Our main focus is to deliver top-notch patient care coupled with excellent customer service. Our practice thrives on referral relationships from other dental professionals so acquiring and maintaining existing referral relationships is our specialty. This is a unique opportunity where you can take charge of projects, learn management, marketing, and administrative skills.

Excellent communication skills
Organized, punctual, and good at multi-tasking
Reliable transportation
Quick learner and desire to help build and grow a business
Fast typing and basic proficiency with technology (MS Office, Google workspace, etc)

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
