Marketing, Social Media & Content Specialist (Powersports Dealership)
Job Description
If you can shoot, write, post, organize, and move quickly between departments while keeping content fresh and engaging, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for capturing and creating the voice of the dealership across all platforms and helping turn inventory and customer experiences into high-impact marketing content.
Shoot photo and video content of new and used motorcycle inventory, customer deliveries, and dealership events.
Write compelling, accurate, and engaging vehicle descriptions for website listings and online advertising.
Manage and post daily content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
Create promotional content for sales events, demo days, seasonal promotions, and dealership campaigns.
Work directly with sales, parts, and service teams to highlight builds, upgrades, and customer projects.
Maintain and update online inventory listings with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Help coordinate and execute in-store and off-site marketing events.
Respond to social media engagement and help maintain a consistent brand voice online.
Assist with email campaigns, digital ads, and promotional strategy as needed.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve content quality, engagement, and lead generation.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in social media management, content creation, photography, or marketing (dealership or automotive experience strongly preferred).
Strong photography and short-form video skills (smartphone or camera-based content is fine if the results are strong).
Ability to write clean, engaging, and accurate product descriptions quickly.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Self-starter who can take a vehicle from “just arrived” to “posted and promoted” without heavy direction.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Interest in motorcycles, powersports, or automotive culture is a major plus.
Strong attention to detail—inventory accuracy matters.
What This Role Really Is
This is a hybrid creative + operational role. Some days you’ll be filming bikes and building posts. Other days you’ll be uploading inventory, writing descriptions, coordinating with sales, or helping push a weekend event across all channels. You’ll be the person helping turn dealership activity into online attention.
