Who we're looking for
• 3–5 years in hospitality marketing, events, brand, or community management — ideally where you can point to a room you filled
• Someone who has produced events, not just promoted them: you know what a run-sheet is and you've held a clipboard at 11pm
• Fluent written and spoken English and Hindi — you'll write for international guests and brief a Hindi-first team
• Commercially literate: you can read a P&L line, cost an event, and tell us whether it made money
• Hands-on with Instagram: you've run accounts yourself — planning, posting, captions, analytics — not just supervised someone who did
• Experienced at briefing and managing freelance creatives (photographers, videographers, designers) and getting professional output on a deadline
• Based in Jaipur or ready to be
The instinct we can't teach is programming instinct — knowing what this city will show up for. If you have that and your marketing toolkit has gaps, apply anyway. We can train tools. We can't train taste.
