JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Product Specialist plays a critical role in driving the successful commercialization, promotion, and lifecycle management of products within the company's portfolio. This position requires a dynamic and strategic professional who can seamlessly blend product knowledge with marketing expertise to support business objectives, enhance brand visibility, and ensure market competitiveness.

KEY DUTIES

Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s full product portfolio, with a focus on technical and commercial attributes.
Lead product commercialisation activities, including developing and executing effective product launches.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through market introduction to post-market support.
Conduct ongoing market research to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity.
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Plan and implement outbound and inbound marketing strategies, including content development, digital marketing, event coordination, and advertising.
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure successful execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
Identify and activate appropriate marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, events, media) to reach target audiences.
Take ownership of key marketing initiatives and deliverables as part of the broader strategic plan.
Support the development and positioning of both internal and OEM solutions.
Create, review, and manage marketing content across platforms to ensure scientific accuracy and commercial appeal.
Deliver product training sessions for sales and support teams to strengthen technical and market understanding.
Act as a liaison between sales teams and customers to foster strong relationships and long-term partnerships.
Organise and lead exhibition and conference efforts, including product demonstrations and presentations.
Provide in-field product support to enhance sales effectiveness and customer experience during launches.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a Business or Science-related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing or product specialist role.
Strong knowledge of the IVD market; experience in molecular diagnostics and understanding of the competitive landscape is highly desirable.
Technical expertise in PCR methodology and nucleic acid purification.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and passionate about delivering innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $+6,401.25 – $+7,401.25 per year
