A Marketing Manager (Social Media) is responsible for developing and executing a company�s social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive growth. They oversee content creation, community management, advertising, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Management Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall business goals. Manage and grow company profiles across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. Community Engagement Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions. Build relationships with followers, influencers, and customers to foster brand loyalty. Performance Analysis Track and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.). Use analytics tools to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Advertising Brand Growth Plan and execute paid social media campaigns aimed at brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Optimize campaigns based on performance data and business objectives. Content Creation Scheduling (preferred skill) Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, blogs, and stories. Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting. Requirements: Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3- 4 years of experience in social media management. Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite). Excellent writing, creativity, and communication skills.
