Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaigns
Define and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all Future Varsity brands and verticals, covering Google, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms.
Lead demographic and psychographic profiling exercises to identify, segment and precisely target prospective students across all programmes and campuses.
Conceptualise digital creatives, messaging and content formats optimised for maximum impact and response across search, social, display and video channels.
Brand & Content Management
Oversee all campus branding, marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations, and institute/brand-specific audio-visual content to ensure consistent, compelling brand identity.
Commission and manage production of audio-visual presentations, video content, reels, and multimedia assets for each brand vertical.
Plan and produce student testimonials, capture in-house events and campus life moments, and transform them into high-quality brand content for multi-channel use.
Build and maintain a robust content calendar across all platforms, ensuring relevance, timeliness and alignment with enrolment cycles and institutional milestones.
Agency, PR & Influencer Management
Identify, onboard and manage external agency partners for PR, media buying, outdoor branding and digital production.
Build and execute an influencer marketing strategy — identifying relevant creators across platforms, managing partnerships, briefing, content approval and performance tracking.
Cultivate relationships with media outlets, education journalists and industry publications to drive earned media
coverage for Future Varsity brands.
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
Lead, mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team of 10–15 members including marketing associates, graphic designers, MarTech specialists, website developers, content writers, AV creators and UI/UX professionals.
Define clear KRAs and KPIs for each team member; conduct regular performance reviews and ensure optimal resource allocation across projects and campaigns.
Liaise effectively with brand directors, campus heads, admissions teams and other key internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with business objectives.
Present monthly performance dashboards to the Board of Directors covering campaign results, team progress, upcoming priorities, budget utilisation and strategic recommendations.
nitiate and lead annual marketing planning and budgeting cycles for all nine brand verticals, ensuring calendars and resource plans are in place ahead of each admission season.
Technology, Analytics & Innovation
Champion the adoption and effective use of MarTech tools including CRM platforms, marketing automation, analytics dashboards, SEO tools and attribution
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party analytics platforms to drive data-led decision making.
Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, digital trends and emerging channels; continuously test new formats and introduce innovations to maintain competitive advantage.
Leverage the latest Generative AI tools (for content creation, ad copy, visual ideation, performance analysis, and reporting) to maximise team output and campaign efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
6–10 years of marketing experience, with a significant portion spent in a professional digital agency environment working on large or multi-brand accounts.
Demonstrated experience defining digital strategy for well-known brands across Google, Meta and all major
social media platforms.
Deep expertise in performance marketing: lead generation, cost-per-lead management, audience segmentation, funnel optimisation and ROI measurement.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools applied to marketing workflows — this is non-negotiable;
demonstrable use in previous roles is required.
A strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of brand-building, not just performance metrics.
Experience in the education sector is a plus, but not mandatory — a genuine curiosity for it is essential.
Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai; ability to travel across our seven campuses as required.
