Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all marketing activities across our restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality and food and beverage industry, demonstrating a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for collaborating with brands, managing online third-party apps, overseeing social media advertising, and actively seeking international investors for franchise opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive marketing strategies for increased brand visibility, traffic, and sales.
- Cultivate strong brand relationships, negotiating collaborations to enhance brand image.
- Oversee online presence, optimize third-party apps, and analyze ads for maximum ROI.
- Actively seek international investors and present compelling franchise opportunities.
- Identify and engage influencers, executing campaigns for enhanced brand awareness.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and use data for continuous marketing optimization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience 3 to 6 years in marketing roles within the hospitality and food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in international business development and franchise sales.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
