Role & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Top line and Bottom line for the assigned category Business & Brand Planning
• Developing & implementing brand Marketing Plan addressing the brand challenges, exploring opportunities to deliver growth through specific campaigns and activities
• Work closely with the sales function to develop and execute effective promotional Campaigns
• Develop innovative merchandising strategy
• Development of new product offerings under Fast&Up in coordination with research and product development teams.
• Conceptualize & execute an innovative high impact launch campaign comprising of multi-media ATL & BTL elements.
• Manage media for the brands
• Finding opportunities to maximize the profitability of the business and conducting brand, category and financial analysis.
• Implementing various strategies through in-depth analysis of assortment, pricing, competitor analysis, and various other market information.
• Play a key role and generating insights, identifying gaps and areas of opportunities through various consumer research
• Lead Consumer Research to support channel marketing & sales initiatives.
• Monthly product forecasting requirements to optimize inventory targets.
Skills :
• Strong knowledge of category management, marketing, and sales principles.
• Delivering brand campaigns
• Driving leads to increase brand visibility & increase brand saliency.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Enterprising team-player with the ability to manage group workflow
