Position Summary
The Marketing Manager & Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives that support the commercial growth of RAFI North America while maintaining alignment with RAFI Group's global branding and marketing strategy. The position serves as the primary liaison between RAFI North America Sales, RAFI Group Marketing, and external marketing partners, ensuring global resources are effectively localized for the North American market.
Duties & Responsibilities
Execute regional marketing initiatives in alignment with RAFI Group branding standards.
Develop annual regional marketing plans supporting sales objectives and business growth.
Adapt global marketing content for the North American market.
Track marketing performance and recommend improvements.
Serve as the primary North American marketing liaison with RAFI Group.
Product Marketing
Translate technical engineering information into customer-focused value propositions.
Support product launches with collateral, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain brochures, product sheets, application guides, and technical marketing materials.
Collaborate with Engineering and Sales to ensure technical accuracy.
Sales Enablement
Develop presentations, proposal graphics, application sheets, and customer-specific marketing materials.
Maintain accurate, current sales collateral aligned with RAFI branding.
Support strategic customer presentations and proposals.
Trade Shows & Events
Plan and execute North American trade shows and customer events.
Manage registrations, logistics, booth graphics, shipping, vendors, and promotional materials.
Coordinate pre-show marketing, staffing, lead retrieval, and post-show reporting.
Evaluate event performance and ROI.
Marketing Communications
Create technical marketing content including articles, case studies, presentations, and customer success stories.
Coordinate graphic design, photography, video production, and printed collateral through internal and external resources.
Coordinate website updates with RAFI Group and external web partners.
Manage LinkedIn, email marketing, newsletters, and approved digital channels.
Support SEO initiatives and monitor website analytics.
Administer marketing campaigns through HubSpot.
Assist in coordinating migration from HubSpot to C4C.
Vendor Management
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, web developers, printers, photographers, and promotional vendors.
Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Pre-Employment Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Three to five years of B2B marketing, product marketing, or marketing communications experience.
Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, automation, or technical products preferred.
Experience coordinating trade shows and marketing events.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must meet RAFI North America employment and security requirements as applicable.
Salary is commensurate with relevant industry experience, qualifications, and overall expertise.
