About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month parental leave contract, commencing in late July/early August 2026.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of Koko Black's marketing strategy, bringing campaigns to life across retail, digital and wholesale channels. You'll play a key role in driving brand awareness, executing seasonal campaigns and product launches, managing agency partnerships and collaborating across the business to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Contract Details
This is a 12-month parental leave contract, commencing in late July/early August 2026 through to 16 July 2027.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital and wholesale channels
Manage campaigns, new product launches and promotional activity
Champion Koko Black's brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
Partner with Sales, Operations, Product and Digital teams to deliver commercial outcomes
Manage external agency relationships across creative, media, PR and research
Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to optimise future activity
Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources
Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement and continuous growth.
About You
You're an experienced marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
You'll bring:
Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role
Demonstrated success delivering integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple business functions
Experience managing agency partners and marketing budgets
A commercial mindset with the ability to use customer insights and data to drive decisions
Excellent project management and organisational skills
A passion for premium brands, retail and creating exceptional customer experiences.
