Marketing Manager

As a Marketing and Content Manager, you will work in a cross-functional team collaborating with stakeholders from tech, marketing, design, operations, and beyond to understand the crypto and Decentralised finance landscape and communicate that with clarity to the world.

Key responsibilities:
• Drive user growth for the paxo protocol.
• Content creation, blogs and articles
• Social media management - drafting posts, scheduling posts
• Community engagement for paxo.
• Marketing, branding, design, positioning, strategy
• Creating partnerships for Paxo protocol.
• Creating campaigns and reporting on the results.
• Creating how to guides and videos.
• Running regular community AMAs and video series or podcasts.
• Keep track of various crypto events and find promotional opportunities
• Partner with influencers and drive platform growth.
• Coordinate with external agencies, define KPIs and get results.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:
• Flawless English language skills demonstrably excellent communicator and writer.
• Experience in improving document and social content
• Self-organized and autonomous when required; while adept at building relationships within other cross-functional teams (remotely)
• Master at quickly grasping complex De-fi concepts and making them easily understandable.
• Good Aptitude and reasoning skills.
