Experience:
* 5–10 years of experience in FMCG marketing (preferably Ice Cream, Dairy, Beverages, or Food products).
* Experience in launching and building brands in new markets will be preferred.
* Candidates having strong market knowledge of Koshi Region, North Bihar, and North Bengal will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to establish the brand in Bihar and surrounding markets.
* Plan ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
* Design dealer, distributor, retailer, and consumer promotion programs.
* Build strong brand visibility through activation, merchandising, and local events.
* Coordinate with the Sales team to increase product availability and market penetration.
* Manage branding materials, POSM, hoardings, and in-shop visibility.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
* Manage the annual marketing budget and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
* Build relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and event organizers.
Required Skills:
* Strong understanding of FMCG marketing and brand building.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
* Experience in planning product launches and promotional campaigns.
* Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar and nearby markets.
Qualification:
* MBA in Marketing / PGDM or Graduate with relevant FMCG marketing experience.
Preferred Candidate:
* Experience in reputed FMCG companies.
* Strong network in Bihar, Koshi Region, and North Bengal.
* Result-oriented with the ability to build a brand from the ground up.
Compensation: Best in the industry, based on experience and capability.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
