Role Purpose
Pinnacle FutureBuild is expanding rapidly across global markets, with enterprise events planned across four countries, entry into the US market, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across a 4,000+ employee organization.
Business Development generates opportunities. Account Management strengthens client relationships. Marketing is responsible for building the engine that enables both functions to succeed.
This is a strategic leadership role accountable for demand generation, pipeline contribution, marketing technology, and marketing operations. The Marketing Head will work in close partnership with the Communication team to ensure consistent brand messaging while driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Demand Generation
• Build and execute integrated inbound marketing programmes through:
• SEO
• Content Marketing
• LinkedIn Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Paid Digital Campaigns
• Define, monitor and optimise Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Develop lead scoring frameworks within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to the Business Development team.
• Leverage AI tools for:
• Audience segmentation
• Campaign targeting
• Personalisation
• Performance optimisation
2. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Ownership
Take complete ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and adoption.
Responsibilities include:
• Lead implementation, configuration and successful go-live.
• Design marketing data architecture.
• Create audience segmentation models.
• Build customer journeys and automation workflows.
• Develop campaign dashboards and performance reporting.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with existing Salesforce Sales Cloud (India & US environments).
• Implement AI-powered capabilities including:
• Salesforce Einstein
• Predictive Lead Scoring
• Intelligent Campaign Optimisation
This is a business-led initiative—not an IT implementation.
3. Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
Partner closely with the Communication team to develop high-quality marketing assets.
Own the content strategy for:
• Whitepapers
• Case Studies
• Event Keynotes
• LinkedIn Content
• Website Content
• Industry Insights
Responsibilities include:
• Developing quarterly content calendars aligned with BD priorities.
• Supporting regional campaigns across:
• USA
• Saudi Arabia
• Japan
• UK
• Reviewing content quality and business relevance.
• Leveraging AI writing and research tools to improve content velocity without compromising quality.
4. Event Marketing
Lead end-to-end marketing for global FutureBuild events.
Responsibilities include:
• Pre-event awareness campaigns
• Registration campaigns
• Speaker promotions
• Event landing pages
• On-site branding and collateral
• Lead capture strategy
• Post-event nurturing campaigns
• Pipeline attribution reporting

• FutureBuild San Francisco
• FutureBuild London
• FutureBuild Riyadh
5. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management teams to execute strategic ABM campaigns.
Focus sectors include:
• US Market Expansion
• Saudi Giga Projects (NEOM, Qiddiya)
• Japan Scan-to-BIM Services
Develop:
• Capability Decks
• Industry-specific One-pagers
• Email Sequences
• Personalised Campaign Assets
Use AI-powered intent data and enrichment platforms to prioritise accounts and personalise engagement.
6. Team Building, AI Stack & Budget Management
Build and lead a high-performing marketing function.
Responsibilities include:
• Recruit and mentor:
• Content Specialist
• Digital/SEO Specialist
• Marketing Operations Lead
• Design Support
• Define Pinnacle's marketing AI ecosystem.
• Implement tools for:
• Content generation
• Campaign analytics
• Marketing automation

• Coordinate effectively with the Communication team while avoiding duplication of effort.
• Own annual marketing budgeting, planning, utilisation and ROI.

Note: Pipeline contribution will be measured using Salesforce Campaign Influence Attribution. KPI targets will be reviewed after six months based on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation timeline.
Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements
• 12–15 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Around 40 years , combining strategic leadership experience with familiarity in modern AI-enabled marketing.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred over end-user experience).
• Proven success in:
• Demand Generation
• MQL Growth

• Marketing Analytics
• Experience marketing enterprise, infrastructure or technology services within sectors such as:
• AEC
• EPC
• Real Estate
• Engineering Consulting
• Practical knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools including:

• Similar Generative AI platforms
• Strong content judgement with the ability to brief, review and refine thought leadership material.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing global conferences and enterprise events.
• Background in AEC, BIM or Construction Technology industries.
• Exposure to US, Middle East and Japan markets.
