Requirement:
Designation- Marketing Head
Experience- 10-15year
Salary: Salary no constraint
Job Location: Ranbir Marg,Model Towm, Patiyala, Punjab-147001 or Delhi (Candidate will have choice for sitting either in Delhi or Patiyala)
Roles and Responsibilities:-
• Implementing ideas on all aspects of Marketing Communication, Brand Management, ATL, BTL, Media Management, Transformation, Consumer Research, Marketing Strategy, Channel Marketing, Events, and MICE.
• Successfully applied innovative &customized Marketing Communication / ATL / BTL / Media strategies aimed at increasing customer acquisition, penetration & revenue, ensured that the lead inflow, quality of leads, assignment & conversions ratios were monitored and corrective measures were taken timely. Excellence in augmenting brand & product visibility through the marketing plan, driving brand-positioning research, leading ATL/ BTL, Channel Marketing initiatives along with events. Excellence in devising brand segmenting targeting & positioning strategy, developing brand identity, rolling out innovative campaigns.
• Implemented brand architecture & strategy via brand positioning from conception stage till go-to-market strategy, thereby converting to effective marketing communication. Planned and executed Events for Sales team and advertising Agencies.
• Drafted brand communication for new product launch, existing products, sales aid and sales communication.
• Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
• Organize department meetings, conduct personnel reviews, and attend managerial meetings
• Participate in organization-wide strategy planning and expand our thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth
• Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
• 10+ years' in digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and project management skills
