Job Description
Job Role:
• Plan and execute marketing strategies for new and existing services
• Guide day-to-day activities of the marketing team and marketing manager
• Ideate innovative ways of marketing to expand company's business
• Ensure that the website, promotional activities, and marketing B2B campaign strategies are up with the latest trends
• Identify, develop, and maintain business pipeline of open opportunities
• Strategize company's strengths and finding ways to generate leads and work with marketing team in developing and executing inbound lead generation campaigns, lead lifecycle management processes, and market processes to meet defined targets
• Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
• Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional activities)
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in marketing head role with IT Service companies
• Successful track record in strategic planning role and creating marketing campaigns
• Experience of managing enterprise level accounts
• Expertise in demand/lead generation
• Hands-on experience in marketing campaigns
• Experience with social media marketing, content marketing, and Digital Marketing is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey and relate ideas to others
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
