Marketing & Growth Manager
Job Description
We're looking for an ambitious, creative and organised Marketing & Growth Manager to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a well-established business operating across the events, exhibitions, AV and virtual production industries.
You'll be responsible for helping grow 3 brands, creating marketing campaigns that generate enquiries, strengthen our brand and support our sales team.
This is a varied role where you'll have the opportunity to work across digital marketing, content creation, print marketing, email campaigns, websites, social media and much more.
If you enjoy taking ownership, love variety and want to see the direct impact of your work, we'd love to hear from you.
About Us
Ambien Group delivers award-winning exhibition solutions, AV hire, LED display technology, virtual production and event services throughout the UK and Europe.
We work with global brands, agencies and event organisers, delivering everything from exhibition stands and LED video walls to conferences, product launches and virtual production.
Marketing plays a huge role in our future growth, and we're investing in expanding our in-house marketing team.
About the Role
This is a full-time, office-based position at our headquarters near ExCeL London.
We believe the best marketing comes from being close to the business. Being in the office allows you to work directly with our sales team, project managers, designers and operations team, giving you immediate access to the people, projects and ideas that create outstanding marketing.
You'll become part of an existing marketing team, working alongside:
• An experienced Fractional Digital Marketing Manager, who provides strategic direction for SEO, Google Ads, digital marketing and long-term growth.
• A Marketing Coordinator, who supports the day-to-day administration and delivery of marketing activities.
As the Marketing & Growth Manager, you'll take ownership of delivering campaigns, coordinating projects and ensuring our marketing is consistent, engaging and effective across every channel.
This is not a role where you'll simply manage agencies or attend meetings. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating, organising and delivering great marketing.
