We're looking for a Performance Graphic Designer who understands one thing:
Ads are meant to convert—not just look good.
Role Overview
This role is not for social media designers or website designers.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in Facebook & Instagram advertising creatives who understands how to create graphics that generate clicks, leads, and sales.
You'll work directly with our media buyers and creative strategists to build high-converting ad creatives for our agency clients and internal brands.

Responsibilities
• Design static image ads and carousel ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Create multiple creative variations for testing
• Brainstorm ad concepts and creative angles with the marketing team
• Convert marketing ideas into high-converting visual creatives
• Study competitors and Meta Ads Library to identify winning creative patterns
• Design graphics focused on increasing CTR, lowering CPA, and improving conversions
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, media buyers, and video editors
• Deliver creatives quickly while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience designing Meta Ads creatives
• Previous experience working in a marketing or advertising agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and performance marketing creatives
• Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and advertising psychology
• Ability to think beyond design and contribute creative ideas
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of advertising principles
Important
This role is not suitable if your experience is primarily in:
• Social media post design
• Website or UI/UX design
• Branding projects
• AI-generated creative production
We already have dedicated teams for those areas.
We're specifically hiring someone who has spent years creating custom advertising creatives that are designed to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve campaign performance.
