About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Calling to find prospective leads for properties
2. Calling to find suitable inventory for clients
3. Managing the listings and leads at the backend
4. Scheduling the inspections and taking follow-ups/feedback
5. Negotiating offers between owners and clients and getting the deals closed
6. Being responsible for generating and managing leads and listings through associate partner network
Required:
1. Candidate should be a go-getter and strive to achieve maximum closures
2. Experience in a similar role in real estate will be given high priority
3. Quick response time to queries
4. Candidate should be conversant in English, Hindi, and Marathi
