Communicationwith customers : Samples, Quotations, Orders, Dispatch information,Payments, Technical queries, Complaints, Forecasts, Market surveys etc, bytelephone and emailSalesMIS & Sales reviews : Review of pending orders, Targets vs Actual,reports for periodic sales reviews, market research reports, analysis of importand export data, preparation of marketing presentations, product lists etc.Others: Documentation,Archival of Order history/ Customer information/ Customer specifications forvarious products, Monitoring of order/ dispatch/ payment due dates etc.InformationGathering, Market analysis-Understanding and identifying new marketopportunities, offered by company domestically and internationally.Initiatingcommunication through introduction, bulk E-mails, cold calls potential buyersfor promoting Customers.Follow-upfor feedback negotiations and possible closer of the promotions. Usingand managing online portals for promotion our product in Domestic MarketsChaseup customers for Order and for Payment
