Job Title: Marketing Executive – Polymer IndustryAbout the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our growing Polymer Division. This role is ideal for candidates who have a keen interest in marketing, business development, customer interaction, and the polymer industry. Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and build a long-term career are encouraged to apply.
As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with customers, industry professionals, and internal teams to support business growth, identify opportunities, and provide value-driven solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, processors, converters, and industry stakeholders.
✔ Understand customer requirements and assist in recommending suitable polymer solutions based on application needs.
✔ Support business development activities by identifying new customers, market opportunities, and potential growth areas.
✔ Conduct customer visits, follow-ups, and market research to understand industry trends and customer requirements.
✔ Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing-related documentation.
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and smooth business operations.
✔ Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and industry developments.
✔ Support sales and marketing initiatives through effective communication and relationship management.
✔ Maintain customer records, sales data, and reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
✔ Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any discipline.
Candidates from Science backgrounds such as B.Sc., M.Sc. (Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science), Plastic Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields will be preferred.
Candidates from other educational backgrounds are also welcome to apply if they have a strong interest in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management.
Skills Required
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
✔ Passion for Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
✔ Ability to learn technical products and communicate their value effectively.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
✔ Willingness to interact with customers and travel for business meetings when required.
Experience

Prior experience in Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, or the Polymer/Plastic Industry will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
