Job Description
1. Responsible for managing and driving Ebco’s e-commerce website and other e-commerce initiatives
2. Responsible for end-to-end ecommerce activities from managing website content, catalog management, listing, online marketing operations to driving sales.
3. Overall responsible for managing, tracking and overseeing coordination of orders received online, and streamlining processes.
4. Collaborate with external agencies to update, and manage product pages/presentation for various product categories on website, and to troubleshoot web issues, as and when required.
5. Research, monitor and analyze web metrics and make recommendations to improve online presence including promotional campaigns to drive website traffic and to generate revenue opportunities.
6. Monitor and handle online customer product reviews, queries and complaints by coordinating with internal teams, authorized, distributors, dealers, etc.
7. Maintain essential knowledge / updates related to Ebco product range.
8. Prepare ecommerce specific reports as per the instructions from the Director.
In addition, carry out any other ecommerce related assignments as assigned by Managing Director, and other Directors.
§ Self-starter (must drive growth and consistently suggest improvements and changes)
§ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
§ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
§ Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization.
§ Knowledge of the workings of paid digital marketing campaigns on various social media
Strong research and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
