Job Title: Director of Marketing (or equivalent)
Work Experience: 12+ years
Salary Range: 12,00,000 to 15,00,000 CTC
Job Responsibilities:
• Craft strategies for all marketing functions (including export, digital/social media, offline/on-field, and communications) to maximize quality lead generation
• Set monthly, quarterly and annual goals for the overall department as well as each productline
• Set, monitor and report on team goals
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
• Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
• Participate in trade shows and organizing CMEs
• Establish channel partnerships across India and abroad
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Job Skills/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
• Work experience as a senior marketing executive in the healthcare sector. Experience with doctors/hospitals a huge plus
• Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience with CRM sotware, Google Adwords/SEO
• Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
• Comfortable working in an unstructured environment
• Experience setting up channel partnerships a huge plus
