Description of the role: We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role you’ll shape how the world sees William Buck. From developing creative campaigns to engaging stakeholders, you’ll amplify the firm’s story and play a vital role in driving our brand forward.

What makes you 'just right':
You’ve studied Marketing, Communications or a related field, and you’re ready to put that knowledge into action.
You bring up to two years of experience in a marketing support role—or you’re just getting started and eager to learn.
You’re a clear and confident communicator, both in writing and in person.
You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office and keen to grow your skills in digital marketing platforms.
You’ve dabbled in design tools and enjoyed creating content that looks as good as it sounds.

What your day might look like:
Assist with campaign planning and execution, including research, scheduling, and content development.
Help maintain accurate marketing data and support compliance with privacy and brand standards.
Create and update marketing materials, templates, and collateral to keep everything on-brand and up to date.
Support email marketing and social media activity using marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, effective campaigns.
Track campaign performance and assist with reporting using tools such as Google Analytics.
