Job Title: Executive Assistant Marketing & Business Operations

Metroplus Lifestyle is one of India's leading HORECA furniture manufacturers with over 25 years of experience and more than 10500 completed hospitality projects. We specialise in customised furniture solutions for hotels, restaurants, cafes, resorts, banquet halls, clubs, and commercial spaces.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and result-oriented Executive Assistant who can help the Managing Director coordinate marketing activities, business operations, sales follow-ups, and management reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Coordination
• Coordinate with social media agencies, designers, videographers, SEO teams, and advertising partners.
• Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.
• Monitor LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp marketing activities.
• Track marketing performance and ROI.
• Coordinate project photography and video shoots.
Lead Management
Maintain and update lead databases.
• Track inquiries received through website, WhatsApp, phone calls, exhibitions, and referrals.
• Ensure timely lead assignment and follow-up.
• Prepare lead conversion reports.
Executive Assistance
• Assist the Managing Director in day-to-day business coordination.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
• Follow up with internal teams and external vendors.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain action trackers.
Sales & Business Operations
• Monitor quotation status and project progress.
• Maintain CRM and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, hotel owners, and project teams.
• Track project pipelines and order status.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 25 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Business Coordinator, or Operations Coordinator roles.
• Experience working with marketing agencies or sales teams will be preferred.
