Job Description
Marketing Coordinator – The Joint Chiropractic (Houston Region)
The Joint Chiropractic is expanding our marketing team in Houston and seeking an energetic, creative Marketing Coordinator to support our Gulfgate and Little York locations.
This position plays a key role in driving new patient growth, strengthening our presence in the community, and ensuring consistent marketing execution across both clinics. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative but fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with the local community.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for 2 Houston clinics
Assist with digital, print, and community-based marketing campaigns
Capture content, draft messaging, and create brand-aligned marketing materials
Manage social media coordination and ensure consistent posting for both clinics
Support community outreach efforts: local businesses, schools, health fairs, athletic partnerships, neighborhood events, etc.
Maintain accurate online profiles (Google Business Profile, Yelp, social platforms)
Track campaign performance and provide simple monthly reporting
Serve as an accessible marketing resource for clinic directors and staff
Coordinate vendors, collaborations, referral campaigns, and seasonal promotions
Keep multiple ongoing projects organized and delivered on time
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ years experience in marketing—preferably supporting multi-location, franchise, or healthcare organizations
Proficiency with Canva; familiarity with Google Ads & Meta Ads
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clinics’ needs
Self-starter with strong follow-through and professionalism
Ability to travel throughout Houston for events, clinics, and content gathering
Preferred Skills
Photography and/or video editing
Experience in grassroots outreach, community networking, or field marketing
Background in chiropractic, wellness, fitness, or healthcare settings
